Henley Festival to hold innovative live-stream event to stay connected in lockdown
Henley Festival will this year host a virtual concert to replace the closing night of its traditional five-day music and arts boutique event.
Billed ‘The Digital Edition’ it will star British singer Beverley Knight, Will Young, Hao Zi Yoh, Joe Stilgoe, Rory Bremner with host, David Gower. The two hour show on July 12th will be available via TicketCo Media Services, a pay-per-view virtual streaming service. The Henley Festival are also hosting a three-night car park party via a ‘drive-in’ comedy, karaoke, and cinema event in partnership with TicketCo and the Coalition Agency prior to the virtual show. This event will be held at the normal festival location, supported by Henley Royal Regatta.
TicketCo Media Services was launched during lock down to help event organisers.
