TicketCo awarded Best Sales Technology at Event Technology Awards 2021

Event technology innovators TicketCo scoop two awards at prestigious Event Tech Live

Yesterday was a great day at TicketCo. After being shortlisted in three categories at Event Technology Awards 2021 in London, TicketCo was awarded as both Best Sales Technology and Best Pivot from Physical to Virtual during Event Tech Live.

“Being awarded Best Pivot from Physical to Virtual is a great recognition of TicketCo Media Services, but the award for Best Sales Technology is probably an even bigger acclamation of what TicketCo is and where we stand right now. We have a rock solid and extremely user friendly event sales platform and it is great to see that the judging panel at Event Technology Awards have attached themselves to this fact,” said TicketCo’s Vice President of Greenfield Sales, David Kenny.

He received the two awards in Old Truman Brewery in Brick Lane along with Patch Jobson and Tim Fanucci, both Partner Key Account Managers for Culture at TicketCo in the UK. 

 

The future is hybrid

“The awards are also a great testament to our clients who have embraced our innovative technology during a period of rapid change in the events industry and the excellent team at TicketCo who work tirelessly on their behalf,” added Mr Kenny.

“We were up against some strong competitors and came out as winners in two really relevant categories for what TicketCo is all about.

“After our pivot into virtual events early last year, we have managed to build what today is the world’s only true hybrid events platform. There seems to be a lot of confusion in the event industry on the subject of hybrid events right now and this year’s Event Tech Live has shown the word hybrid can mean almost anything.
